Congratulations!

You have been selected as a member of the 2022-2023 East Coast Wizards U18 Black team. This is a half season team.

As a team member your annual tuition includes the following:

• two practices per week
• August practices (scheduled at the coaches discretion)
• league and non-league games
• three tournaments
• practice jersey, game jerseys and game socks

Please note the annual tuition does not include any extra tournaments that may be scheduled.

All practices and home games will be held at The Edge Sports Center in Bedford, MA. The East Coast Wizards U18 Black team will play in the E9/BHL League.

In order to hold your position on the East Coast Wizards team, you must register online prior to April 8, using the registration link provided. A credit card is required in order to register. By registering for the current season, you are entering into this binding contract with The East Coast Wizards organization and agree to pay the entire tuition as outlined:

Tuition for the East Coast Wizard team is $2500. The payment schedule is:

$ 834 Due upon registration

$ 833 June 1st

$ 833 August 1st

The second and third payments will automatically be charged to the card provided at registration. Tuition is non-refundable.

If you fail to register by the above date, we reserve the right to rescind this offer.

Events Outside of Our Control

The parties to this Agreement are excused from performance and shall not be liable for any delay in performance caused by the occurrence of any event or contingency beyond the control of the parties including, but not limited to, riots, rebellions, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, labor troubles, inability to procure materials or services, power failure, restrictive government laws or regulations, pandemic, epidemic, disease, government shutdown or restriction on movement or gatherings of more than a certain size, postponement or cancellation of games by organizations other than the Club, extreme weather, hurricane, tornado, damage to facilities, resulting in such facilities being unfit for their intended use, or any other reason which makes the performance of the obligations hereunder impossible or impractical, that is beyond the control of the party affected, financial inability excepted.

If any event beyond the parties control as described above, results in the cancellation or termination of the balance of a portion of the season, any refund of Tuition to be paid hereunder shall be determined using the schedule contained in this paragraph. If the season is canceled prior to October 31, an amount up to 50% of the Tuition, as determined by the Club, shall be refunded. If the season is canceled prior to December 31, an amount up to 30% of the Tuition, as determined by the Club, shall be refunded. If the season is canceled or terminated after December 31, there shall be no refund of any Tuition by the Club.

In the event of an event beyond the control of the parties, or otherwise, the Club may at any time, in its sole discretion, change or amend the schedule of games or practices, which may result in a reduction in the number of games or practices during the season.

The Club does not guarantee any certain number of games, skill sessions or practices during the season.
